World War II Vet Will Deliver Keynote at Cornelius Veterans Day Program

 A 97-year-old World World War II veteran will be the keynote speaker for the Veterans Day Program at the Cornelius Veterans Monument at Rotary Plaza on November 11th at 11am next to Town Hall. Harold Lee Frank of Davidson County is a former prisoner of war, as well as a Bronze Star and Purple Heart recipient. He was held captive for 10 months in Dresden, Germany.
