The Walmart on Wilkinson Blvd in west Charlotte was evacuated yesterday afternoon after police responded to an assault with a deadly weapon call. No one was injured, according to Medic. A person of interest was detained and police aren’t conducting a search for anyone else. An investigation is underway.
