From today through Friday, Troutman Hill Road will be closed near the 1980 address to allow crews to safely replace the failed culvert under the road. These repairs are necessary to prevent damage to the roadway and adjacent properties. Traffic will be detoured to East 22nd Street and Ebenezer Road to return to Troutman Hill Road.
