The new Bell Tower Green Park in Salisbury is slated to open September 10th to the public. The park is different than many other parks, as the majority of the funding came from private donors. The park is located between West Innes, South Church, West Fisher and South Jackson streets. Salisbury’s well-known Bell Tower is the central focus of the new park.
