Democrat Governor Roy Cooper had a meltdown yesterday as he declared a “state of emergency” in a effort to prevent a school choice bill from passing the state legislature. The bill would make vouchers available to families of all income levels. Cooper claimed the bill would destroy public schools completely. That’s rich, coming from Cooper…he sends his own child to an expensive private school.
