Mecklenburg County Parks and Recreation will open the Northern Regional Recreation Center located at 18121 Old Statesville Road in Cornelius on Friday, June 24th. The event will kick off with a ribbon cutting at 10am. The new facility uses input from Cornelius, Davidson and Charlotte and will provide numerous affordable recreation services, activities, and amenities at one location.
