Two rezoning requests from Martin Investments of Cornelius on behalf of Lake Norman Power Sports to permit boat sales were unanimously approved at the Town Board meeting Monday night. One will permit the construction of a 10,000 square foot building for boat sales and storage on a parcel just south of Life Fellowship Church, while the other officially changes the zoning of the vacant property from Rural Preservation to Rural Preservation/Auto Sales District Overlay.
