A popular restaurant in Raleigh will be selling $1 french fries this Tuesday to celebrate National French Fry Day. Buena Papa, which translates to Good Potato, opened its first location last year inside Morgan Street Food Hall. The owners are husband-and-wife team James and Johanna Windon, who founded Buena Papa when they were forced to temporarily close their cleaning business during the COVID-19 pandemic.
