NC State University police issued a campus-wide alert early yesterday morning after an unidentified man robbed a Speedway gas station near the university at around 12:30am. The university’s graduation had already taken place and summer classes do not begin until May 18th. The man reportedly entered the gas station, threatening the clerk with a machete and leaving the scene on foot. Police are still looking for the suspect.
