Raleigh’s police chief says the city is seeing more children committing crimes with guns. Chief Estella Patterson said it’s a trend her department wants to slow down. Six people have been shot by kids since October and just last week, a teacher was reportedly shot by a six-year-old student in Virginia. The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department says they are equally concerned about kids that get a hold of guns, citing a 25 percent increase in the first six months of last year.
