NC Board of Elections Agrees to Hear Green Party Petition Again in First Week of August

Yesterday the North Carolina State Board of Elections informed the U.S. District Court that is hearing the Green Party ballot access case, that the Board will meet re-consider the Green Party petition sometime between August 1st-3rd.
