Raleigh native Devonte’ Graham, point guard for the New Orleans Pelicans, was charged yesterday with DWI near the intersection of Peace Street and Capitol Boulevard in Raleigh. Graham was stopped for going 63 mph in a 40-mph zone, and troopers suspected that he was impaired. He recorded a .11 blood alcohol concentration. (In North Carolina, anything above .08 is illegal.)
