Police are investigating a homicide that left one person dead in south Charlotte, the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department said. MEDIC confirmed one person, later identified as 29-year-old Jatangela Bree Hudson, was pronounced deceased at an incident along Waterford Glen Loop near Charlotte Catholic High School around 4:30 p.m. Friday.
