During the Town of Mooresville Board of Commissioners meeting on December 6, commissioners awarded a $7.9 million contract to JD Goodrum for Phase II of Liberty Park. The expected completion date is spring 2023. The park will include a shaded picnic area, playground, restrooms, and greenway trail connecting to Center Street.
