Average gas prices in North Carolina have fallen 6.1 cents per gallon in the last week, now averaging $3.24/g, according to GasBuddy’s survey of 6,092 stations in North Carolina. Prices in the state are 1.7 cents per gallon lower than a month ago and 134.8 cents per gallon lower than a year ago. The national average price of diesel has fallen 3.7 cents in the last week and stands at $3.85 per gallon. According to GasBuddy price reports, the cheapest station in North Carolina was priced at $2.29/g yesterday while the most expensive was $3.99/g, a difference of $1.70/g. The lowest price in the state yesterday was $2.29/g while the highest was $3.99/g, a difference of $1.70/g.
