The Kroger Company is going to build a high-tech customer fulfillment center in Concord that will create nearly 700 jobs over five years. The total annual payroll will be on the order of $29 million. The center is expected to grow the state’s economy by $820.8 million. Economic development incentives are worth up to $2.3 million over 12 years.
