Akoustis Technologies, Inc. of Huntersville, an integrated device manufacturer of patented bulk acoustic wave high-band RF filters for mobile and other wireless applications, announced today that it has received a development order from a Fortune 100 Internet company for two new XBAW® driven diplexers for multiple applications. The diplexers are expected to enter pre-production the second half of calendar 2023 and production in early 2024.
