IPMS Race City Fall 2023 Contest

Race City is a chapter of the International Plastic Modeler’s Society (ipmsusa.org). Scale modeling consists of creating miniature representations (models) of larger subjects. Twice a year, we hold this competition to display art and humor in modeling and compete for awards. The theme this fall is “Tarheels in Scale”.
