At last night’s Salisbury City Council meeting, the prospect of having a social district which would allow patrons of downtown ABC permitted establishments in Salisbury to drink an alcoholic beverage on sidewalks and public areas in the social district was discussed in more detail. Samantha Haspel, a bar owner, said she’s all for it. The topic goes before the council for a vote at their April 5th meeting.
