David Farley is the new principal at Hough High School in Cornelius. He has been the assistant principal since 2018 and was dean of students from 2016 to 2018. Farley, who was an instructional accountability facilitator at North Mecklenburg High from 2015 to 2016 and a teacher at Harding University High from 2013 to 2015, replaces Dr. Laura Rosenbach who became the executive director for the Central 1 Learning Community.
