Rapper DaBaby will not face charges for shooting a trespasser who scaled his security wall and broke into his home, Troutman Police say. The shooting occurred on the evening of April 13th, just off Stillwater Road. The intruder was shot in the leg and his injuries were non-life-threatening. No other injuries were reported. DaBaby, whose real name is Jonathan Kirk, is a Charlotte native.
