Cornelius Today is reporting that the recommendations of the Cornelius Growth Management Task Force (GMTF) will be up for consideration this Monday at the Planning Board meeting. This will be the second time around for the Planning Board to consider their Land Use Plan modifications. Pursuant to town regulations, they must offer a recommendation on the proposal before the Town Board can consider the suggested changes for final approval.
