Cornelius Today is reporting that the Cornelius Parks & Rec Department is challenging residents to visit all nine greenways and trails associated with its new Cornelius Trail Passport. From Monday, March 13th through Wednesday, September 30th, be on the lookout for green check-in signs, which will each have a QR code. By checking-in at all nine locations, you will receive a swag bag including Year of the Trail merchandise, sticker or magnet commemorating your completion of the challenge, and more. At the end of September, all who complete the challenge will be entered to win prizes donated by local businesses.
