The Cornelius Jazz Festival is coming up this Saturday, from 5 pm to 9 pm at Smithville Park. There will be performances by Groove Masters and 5th & York. Temperatures will be in low 90s according to the National Weather Service buy you can cool off in the new Lake Norman Kiwanis Splashville Park. The splash pad will be open from 9 am to 9 pm.
