Today, the Cornelius Board of Commissioners will consider the rezoning request for Sefton Park. The project calls for 344 multifamily units, a 113-room hotel, a conference center and 7,800 square feet of commercial space. Jack and Don Shaw of Shaw Resources Inc. are seeking to rezone 10 acres between Sefton Park Road and West Catawba Avenue for the project.
