Senator Paul Newton and Representative Kristin Baker have asked the residents of Kannapolis to take part in a community discussion. The event, “Open for Business: A Community Conversation,” will take place next Monday, March 28th, from 8-10am at the Laureate Center in Kannapolis. The purpose of the event is to learn about how local government works with education and workforce partners to both recruit new industry and support existing businesses of all sizes.
