A 9-year-old boy was injured after falling off of a pickup truck and being run over by the trailer attached to it. The incident happened during the Bath, North Carolina Christmas parade around 3:30pm on Sunday, NBC affiliate WITN reports. The boy was airlifted to Vidant Medical Center for treatment of his injuries. The child’s name or condition were not released.
