Charlotte-Mecklenburg Emergency Management urges residents to prepare for severe weather that may occur with little to no warning this spring. This week is is Severe Weather Preparedness Week in North Carolina. There will be a test tomorrow at 9:30am. In the case of an actual emergency, listen to NOAA weather radio station and the radio/tv stations to hear the Emergency Alert System.
