Charlotte Stories is reporting that new research has revealed the states where homes have gained the most value in the past year, with both Carolinas ranking among the top 10 states in the nation. While home values have been driven up in every state, Florida saw the biggest increase in values, with an average 29.41% increase. 2022’s average value in the Sunshine State is $348,175.70 which is a massive $82,412.67 increase from 2021’s value of $265,763.04.
