BestCo LLC, an existing manufacturing in Mooresville, NC, plans to expand its manufacturing and distribution facilities in Mooresville Business Park East, with a 215,000 square foot manufacturing facility at 208 Manufacturers Blvd. The company will build an additional 230,000 square foot distribution facility on the adjacent lot. The project investment is expected to be $177 million which will expand BestCo’s total facilities footprint in Iredell County to over 1 million square feet and employment to 1,000 employees.
