WRAL TV is reporting North Carolina school cafeterias will be getting a second round of federal supply chain assistance funding to help purchase “minimally processed” or “unprocessed” foods in the event of unexpected delivery cancellations or other unanticipated events. Every school system will receive money, amounting to $26.7 million statewide.
