Rezoning for a seven-unit infill town-home project in downtown Cornelius was approved at the Town Board. The project will be located on a 1/2 acre of vacant land which adjoins the west side of Feriba Place north of Townwood Road and will be called The Towns at Feriba Place. Developer Matt Gallagher believes the project will bring affordable town-homes within walking distance of downtown.
