6 Month Old Boy Shot in Lenoir

Channel 9 is reporting that police say a 6-month-old boy was flown to the hospital after a triple shooting in Lenoir yesterday afternoon. Officers were called at noon to a home on Northwest Willow Street for reports of a shooting. When they arrived, they said they found two adults and an infant child who had been shot. Eyewitnesses said a man shot his girlfriend and the baby before turning the gun on himself. All three people were taken to the hospital with potentially life-threating injuries, police said.
