Novant Suspends Employees for Not Complying With Vaccine Mandate

 Novant Health, based in North Carolina has suspended hundreds of employees for not complying with the vaccine mandate. The system said employees will have a five-day grace period to get vaccinated. But if they still don’t comply after that grace period, then they’ll be fired. And they’re not paid during the suspension.
