An English teacher at West Iredell High School has been suspended with pay by Iredell-Statesville Schools after she was charged yesterday by the Iredell County Sheriff’s department for felony dissemination of obscenity. April Dawn Viney of Statesville posted a $50,000 bond. Viney has been with the school since 2019. Previously, she taught at South Iredell and Lake Norman High Schools.
