North Tryon Street in Charlotte will be closed this Thursday, September 23rd through Friday, October 8th, as 50-year-old storm pipes are replaced. Flooding has been a problem for years now, and Charlotte Mecklenburg Water says this will solve the problem. If you’re looking for an alternate route, inbound traffic can use Dalton Avenue and North Graham Street.
