The News and Observer of Raleigh is reporting that Alyssa Taylor, a Virginia mom of two, went missing on September 14th when tractor-trailer driver Danny McNeal crashed in the NC 86 bridge over Interstate 85 in Orange County. Taylor’s family thinks she was with McNeal at the time of the crash. Alyssa’s aunt, Lori Taylor says that Alyssa’s phone was pinged about an hour from the crash site, but that her blanket and a flip-flop were found among the wreckage. The family is looking for closure but without any remains is still clinging to hope that Alyssa may still be alive. They are asking for the public’s help in finding Alyssa.
