A task force of U.S. Marshals and Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office SWAT team members arrested Tevin Seymore, 24 years old of Statesville, Saturday at 9:45pm in Charleston, WV. Seymore was one of three men wanted for the murder of a Statesville high school student last week. He was charged with for first degree murder, attempted murder, shooting into an occupied dwelling, felony conspiracy, assault with a deadly weapon with Intent to Kill Inflicting serious injury, and possession of a firearm by a felon.
