Business Today is reported that Jake Palillo is suing two people for comments on the Birkdale Village Ridiculousness Facebook page that Palillo says crossed the line into libel. The Lagoona Bay project has been endorsed by the Lake Norman Chamber of Commerce. Palillo is in the midst of planning the $800 million Lagoona Bay project in Huntersville on either side of Hwy. 73 near Westmoreland and McCord.
