Two school buses crashed yesterday afternoon on Ballantyne Commons Parkway. Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police told FOX 46 that officers responded just after 3:30 p.m. to the 6200 block of Ballantyne Commons Parkway in reference to a collision involving two school buses. There were students on the buses at the time. Eight people had non-life-threatening injuries and refused transport to an area hospital.
