State Treasurer Dale Folwell will be returning $310.58 belonging to the Boys & Girls Clubs of North Central North Carolina. The money was discovered during a review of data in the Department of State Treasurer’s (DST) Unclaimed Property Division (UPD), commonly called NCCash.com.
