The Mooresville Police and Fire Departments responded to a crash yesterday involving a car and a dump truck in the 800 block of River Highway at around 9:11am. The driver of the car and only occupant, identified as 65-year-old Toni Barbara Cunningham of Mooresville, was transported to CMC Main in Charlotte, where she later died. The driver of the dump truck was not injured. An investigation is ongoing.
