Cornelius Today is reporting that the Cornelius Town Board has adopted new regulations for Accessory Dwelling Units which will limit the number of such units permitted in the town’s future, thereby better controlling density. However the new regulations will not have any effect on previous Airbnb or similar short-term rentals.
