The parents of Hailey Brooks, the 11-year-old dancer killed in November’s Raleigh Christmas Parade, have filed a civil lawsuit against the float driver who struck her, as well as others involved in the deadly incident, according to WNCN in Raleigh. The filed lawsuit includes the defendants as driver Landen Glass, C.C. and Company Dance Complex, Greater Raleigh Merchants Association, Shop Local Raleigh and D&L Floats.
