Rural Development State Director Reginald Speight will be celebrating a Snow Hill family’s milestone of the American Dream of homeownership when they have a ribbon cutting ceremony and are welcomed into their home on June 5th. The family partnered with Rural Development utilizing the Single-Family Housing Direct Home Loan program.
