WBTV is reporting that a Rowan County teacher who noticed a change in the behavior of a student is credited with alerting authorities to illegal sexual activity involving that child. Now, now three people have been charged in an investigation. Stewart Thomas, 31 and Tonnie Meeks, 70, were charged with multiple sex crimes involving a child.
