A random act of kindness was captured in a picture on a recent Delta flight out of Charlotte. The photo showed flight attendant Floyd Dean-Shannon comforting a woman who passengers say was afraid to fly. Shannon sat in aisle and held the woman’s hand. Passenger Molly Simonson Lee took the picture and said she was moved by Floyd’s kindness.
