The Cornelius Police Department has captured and taken to jail, 66-year-old Terry Lynn Bignell of Concord. Bignell was connected with the shooting that took place at Ramsey Creek Park on Sunday afternoon at around 4:30. This shooting was an isolated incident, as the victim is known to the suspect. The victim is currently listed in stable condition.
