Charlotte Stories is reporting that the Charlotte rental market is heating up. The Queen City claimed the 20th spot for its popularity among apartment hunters in June, emerging as a newcomer CS’s list after climbing a whopping 12 spots since last month. The Queen City is also the 2nd most sought-after renting spot in all of North Carolina and the 8th in the South.
