“Parental Bill of Rights” Legislation Before NC Senate Would Lift the Veil of Secrecy in Public Schools & Address Indoctrination

NC Values Coalition applauded the Parental Bill of Rights introduced in the NC General Assembly Senate this week, sponsored by Senators Amy Galey (SD25), Michael Lee (SD7), and Lisa Barnes (SD11). The bill, S.B. 49, directs schools to keep parents informed about their children’s health issues, and allows them to have total access  to curriculum.
